Integrity through Touch

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration
The ATSI 12-series is a trademarked approach to manual therapy that consists of 12 individual sessions designed to progressively release the connective tissue throughout the entire body.
This is a robust method to balance tension and develop better postural habits, providing lasting relief to those with chronic pain due to postural stressors.

Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is an umbrella term encompassing a spectrum of philosophies and specialized treatment approaches to alleviate pain and restore function that has been lost due to injury or postural issues. Three of the most common approaches are:
Trigger Point Therapy, an approach to identifying and treating painfully tight areas within muscles that can cause pain in other areas of the body and/or limit range of motion.
Positional Release, an approach that uses gentle positioning to ease muscle tension and pain.
Muscle Energy Technique, a method of assisted stretching to restore range of motion.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massages can be great for warding off stiffness that leads to decreases in range of motion. Staying limber is important for preventing soft tissue injuries, both from repetitive stress and traumatic stress, such as strains and sprains.
Deep tissue massages consist of steady, slow glides and brief stretches to promote blood circulation. Sports massages are similar, but with the focus on maintaining range of motion and preparation for, or recovery from, an activity or event.
